Jose Valle is a leader in the world of design-build infrastructure projects. He is recognized throughout the industry as an expert on large and complex roadway, traffic, infrastructure, transit, and third-party coordination projects. He inspires his team members to produce quality deliverables and to stay focused on the schedule. Recently, Jose served as Third-Party Coordinator for the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Improvements Project, managing 60-person meetings with members from LABOE, LADOT, LABSL, LABSS, LADWP, LA County, Metro, and Caltrans. In a recent Design-Build Team award for excellence on the I-405 project, the awarding officer stated: “Jose Valle is a ‘no-nonsense’ results driven leader whose commitment to quality and schedule are unmatched.” | Angel Gaytan, TE is V&A, Inc.’s Lead Traffic Engineer. His expertise includes traffic engineering design, traffic control and signal plans for impacts caused by construction projects, as well as analyses and mitigations for impacts due to construction staging. He also prepares traffic impact studies that assess the existing and projected full-build impact of developments. Angel works closely with public works agencies such as LADOT, City Council Districts, and Caltrans. He is leading the QA/QC process for traffic control on the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Project. He also played a key role in the coordination, preparation, review and implementation of the Mulholland Drive Bridge TMP, which resulted in a smooth, remarkably uneventful “Carmageddon I” in the summer of 2011, and “Carmageddon II” in 2012. |
